Increase in prices of more items at utility stores
ISLAMABAD: Utility Stores Corporation has increased the prices of various products.
The new prices will be applicable to utility stores across the country while ghee, cooking oil, tea, and pickles of various brands have been made more expensive. Prices of ketchup, matches, detergent powder, and soap have also been increased. The price of a 950-gram packet of tea leaves at utility stores has been increased by Rs 40 while the price of a liter bottle of Harpak has been increased by Rs 49.
The price of a packet of matches has been increased by Rs. The price of a packet of branded detergent powder has been increased by Rs 50 while the price of olive oil has been increased by Rs 51 per liter. An increase of Rs. 31 has been made on one kg packet of ghee. The price of cooking oil at utility stores has been increased by Rs 34 while the price of one and a half liter cold drink has been increased by Rs 2.
Similarly, the prices of toilet soup have been increased by Rs. The chicken spread has been increased by Rs 50 per liter, mixed pickle by Rs 30 per kg, and ketchup by Rs 10.
